Coalition Members Members of the Colorado Housing Investment Fund Coalition are responsible for the direction of the effort and make decisions on the proposal. Members attend meetings on a bi-monthly basis or more frequently when action is needed.  Coalition Members may be businesses, non-profit organizations, faith communities, local governments or other organizations dedicated to realizing a Colorado Housing Investment Fund.  While many people from any organization or those without organizational affiliations may participate, only organizations may become a voting member and each organization only has one vote.
