Researchers Welcome to the Colorado Housing Investment Fund Coalition website! We know that there is a growing interest in housing investment funds or housing trust funds all across the United States.  We have compiled our best data documents in this section so you can easily access any background information you may need for a research paper or your own information on developing a housing fund.  In Colorado we are in an educational campaign mode.  We are building “Friends” or supporters of the Housing Investment Fund concept and effort while working with stakeholder organizations and the Blue Ribbon Panel on Housing to secure industry support and a proposal that a larger group can support.
